I love updates, Love ‘em to death. May it be Operating System, Application or even Nokia Maps updates, I love ‘em and want ‘em.

And so we have some maps updates available. If you don’t see the update symbol, do the following:
In Maps Application -> Manage Maps -> Check for updates

Thanks for the news, been waiting AGES for them to add the new M74 extension south of Glasgow!
I try this but it tells me to connect to a WiFi network. I am connected to my home WiFi network and can happily browse the web. Any ideas?
Roland.
Make sure you are connected to wifi prior to launching the Maps app.
I am connected to WiFi before launching maps. I have also selected the ‘on-line’ option, but it makes no difference. I’ve tried 2 different wifi networks but I always says connect to WiFi to download maps
Roland.
Interestingly I can download new maps over wifi, but can’t update maps over wifi…
Fixed. Spoke to a Nokia support person and they suggested uninstalling the maps and then downloading them again. Seems to have worked
This was not the reason – I do the same and nothing worked.
In settings go “online” than updates are working!
Chris
Why Nokia doesn’t want to make it simple for Nokia users..?!
I upgraded n9 from v1 to v2.
Similar thing happend. I had to plug in to my desk top via usb.
I suggest this will work…
