This is a pre-release, some features do NOT work yet.

I’ve been writing sociality-mtf for quite a while, it’s taking more time due to the fact that I’m writing the UI manually (no designer for MTF), and that I’m taking “breaks” every now and then from the code (uni).

Here’s a pre-release version, what’s not done yet:

• Photos
• Events
• Messages
• Chat
• Settings in the UI

Settings are configurable in the .conf file in /home/user/.config/MohammadAG/sociality-mtf.conf (until the settings UI is done).

Types of settings are:
bool, either true or false
int, a number
string, text

Possible values:

invert-ui=bool # White or black, your preference
token=string #This shouldn't be edited manually, editing it will just break logins
myName=string # current logged in user's name
myId=string # id of the currently logged in user
refresh-interval=int # interval in seconds
hide-on-exit=bool # this should keep sociality running in the background, you may clear the notification and use the icon in
