You can also unlock levels by touching N9 and those new biochip passports together.

..actually, any NFC tag will unlock the levels.

Yes I have just used some blank NFC tags to unlock all the levels.
You can also use electronic door keys, if you have several of them it unlocks one row per key / card / passport
