Another day and another country gets confirmation that they will not be getting the Nokia N9 offered directly from Nokia. This time its Germany. We have previously reported that Amazon.de has the Nokia N9 as pre-order and it STILL DOES !!!! So Hopefully their plans won’t change.
So there is still confusion on how retailers in countries that Nokia will not directly sell in will get their stock ? As Nokia themselves will not sell it. I have spoken to a few retailers and they are not sure at the moment and there is no official word from Nokia on this situation.
Time will tell …..
UPDATE: Looking at the comment below by Zymo and others it looks like Amazon will be ok as they are getting their N9′s from Austria which is a country on the Nokia N9 distribution list
Amazon.de gets their N9 from Austria (AT-IMPORT), where it will be officially released by Nokia and available on all major austrian operators/carriers.

Nokia seems to be doing everything they can to sink this before it even comes out. This is such a ridiculously dysfunctional company.

Elop can choke on Ballmer’s sweaty sack. I’m going on my own personal marketing campaign to totally sink Nokia’s WP7 efforts! I want my Nokia N9!
why!!! it doesnt make any sense what is nokia doing???
Mmh… the decision is made based on devices they are planing to release in the future. But I don’t understand, haven’t they already stated that the N9 will be the last MeeGo device?
So this makes absolutely no sense.
